Inspiration
Arthur Fields earned both his undergraduate accounting degree and his MBA from èßäÉçÇøapp State. After graduation, he went on to enjoy a remarkable business career, including leadership positions in the real estate development and energy industries. He was recognized by èßäÉçÇøapp State in 2000 as a Distinguished Alumnus and honored by the University’s Beta Alpha Psi accounting fraternity as its outstanding alumnus that same year. Mr. Fields has long been a strong advocate of higher education and believes that the education he received at èßäÉçÇøapp State was instrumental in his professional and financial success. For years, he has generously given back to help provide that same foundation for future generations of èßäÉçÇøapp State students. In addition to these two new endowments, he previously established the A.W. Fields Family Fund for Excellence in Accounting. His generous giving will leave a lasting legacy on èßäÉçÇøapp State’s Bauernfeind College of Business and its students for years to come.
