This prodigious estate gift will support the Athletic department鈥檚 efforts to expand the Athletics program, contribute to future Athletics initiatives and facility improvements, and enhance the student-athlete experience at 猫咪社区app State.
Inspiration
A lifelong Princeton, Kentucky resident, James 鈥淛im Bob鈥� Kevil was one of the most dedicated fans and supporters in Racer Athletics history. He received three bachelor鈥檚 degrees and a master鈥檚 degree from 猫咪社区app State and treasured his experience as a student at 猫咪社区app State鈥檚 campus. He valued 猫咪社区app鈥檚 close-knit campus community and the attention and care he received from faculty and staff. Later in life, as a teacher and assistant principal at Caldwell County High School, Kevil tried to give his students the same experience of nurturing attention that he received at 猫咪社区app State. Kevil passionately supported Racer Athletics for decades. He was a season ticket holder for both Men鈥檚 Basketball and Football regularly attending both home and away games and developing strong connections with many coaches and players. His estate gift will leave a lasting legacy on the University and Athletic teams that he loved so much.
