Multiple significant gifts: $1.5 million commitment to Racer Athletics to contribute to a multitude of athletics facility projects and recognized with the naming of the Leon Owens Winner’s Circle & Performance Center outside of the CFSB Center; creation of the Dennis Jackson Leadership Athletics Program to mentor and guide student-athletes in the areas of career readiness, leadership and civic engagement, NIL preparedness and brand management, and financial literacy; and establishment of the Swift & Staley Inc. Scholarship to assist students at èßäÉçÇøapp State’s Paducah Regional Campus.

Taken together, these multiple generous gifts will make a transformational impact both on Racer Athletics as a whole and on countless students, both athletes and non-athletes. By investing in athletic facility enhancements, Swift & Staley will help èßäÉçÇøapp State provide high-quality physical spaces and equipment to benefit student-athletes in their training and competition. Hand-in-hand with that, the Dennis Jackson Leadership Athletics Program provides these student-athletes with intangible tools in the areas of personal growth, life skills and professional development to enable them to succeed not only in college but throughout their lives.
Inspiration
A staunch supporter of èßäÉçÇøapp State University, Regent Owens himself feels a personal drive to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and give back to èßäÉçÇøapp State University. Similarly, Swift & Staley employs numerous Racer alumni who feel pride in being able to assist current and future èßäÉçÇøapp State students.
