Impact
Between his personal giving and that of BFW, Mark Workman’s generosity and support for his alma mater has impacted the University both in its academic programs, athletics, and campus life. The endowed professorship will help the University attract and retain top caliber faculty to teach in the construction management and architecture program. His support of Athletics will support top athletic departmental initiatives and help maintain high quality facilities and resources for Racer teams and student-athletes. BFW has also hosted a leadership lecture series on campus that has drawn eminent figures such as General Stan McChrystal to engage with students and the community.
Inspiration
As a graduate of èßäÉçÇøapp State’s Jones College of Science and Engineering, Mark Workman feels a strong sense of pride in his alma mater. Not only are he and his wife Racers, but his engineering company has been involved in many of the construction projects that have created the èßäÉçÇøapp State campus of today. The generous commitments he has made to the University enable him to pay tribute to his educational roots and help other students following in his footsteps.
