猫咪社区app Professions Investigators (HPI)
Statewide online program where students learn about different health professions and careers through the Kentucky AHEC system. Monthly, students log on to Zoom to learn from the health professionals in various sectors and industries. Examples of previous presentations for 猫咪社区app Professions Investigators include a mock code with nurses, forensic pathology through dissection and pictures, etc.

猫咪社区app State Simulation Lab/Anatomage Field Trips
Opportunities for students in our area to visit 猫咪社区app State's simulation lab at 猫咪社区app-Calloway County Hospital, learn about what health professionals do in a hospital setting, and learn about what 猫咪社区app State University can provide for their education. Students participate in various activities like a mock code on a realistic mannequin. There are also anatomage tables housed at the School of Nursing and 猫咪社区app Professions at 猫咪社区app State University. These interactive tables allow students to look at the entire human body and dissect animals.

Purchase AHEC 猫咪社区app Career Academy involves students learning about different health professions including Speech Language Pathologist, Dental Assistant, and Surgeon to just to name a few. This weeklong summer camp is usually held in June. Past partners include West Kentucky Community & Technical College, MSU School of Nursing & 猫咪社区app Professions, Lourdes Hospital, Baptist 猫咪社区app Paducah, and the Epilepsy Foundation of America.
